Ingredients

1 cup milk 250 mL
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 250 mL
1 cup sour cream 250 mL
1/4 cup sliced green onion 60 mL
1 tsp. salt 5 mL
1/2 tsp. pepper 2 mL

Cook the bacon until crisp, then drain and crumble.

Beat the eggs and add the remaining ingredients to them. Pour egg mixture into a greased 9 x 13” (23 x 33 cm) casserole dish. Sprinkle the bacon on top

Bake, UNCOVERED, at 325°F (160°C) for 40-45 minutes, or until set. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
